Terms of Use
This page lets customers buy supported event, venue, or service tickets online.
Customers must provide accurate contact, ticket, coupon, and payment information. A payment is completed only after the payment gateway confirms the paid status.
The venue operator may verify the ticket, QR code, transaction, and paid amount before admission. Used, invalid, or shared QR codes may be refused.
Privacy Policy
We process ticket information such as tenant, site, selected tickets, customer name, email, phone number, coupon code, transaction details, QR code, and payment status to provide ticketing and support services.
Information is used for ticket issuance, payment processing, customer support, fraud prevention, and operational reconciliation. We do not sell customer information.
Necessary information may be shared with the venue operator, payment gateway, email provider, or technical service providers only for service delivery, settlement, and support.
Complaint and Return Policy
For complaints, incorrect payments, duplicate payments, or refund requests, contact Hotline 0908055080 or Email service@goldtek.com.vn with the payment order, ticket details, venue, and payment time.
Requests are reviewed with the venue operator and payment provider. We aim to respond within 3 business days after receiving sufficient information.
Approved refunds or adjustments are processed according to the payment provider, bank, and venue operator policies. Refund time may depend on the original payment method.
